No Refund Policy
Due to the intangible nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the download link is provided.
By completing a purchase on Nerafox.in.net, you agree to these terms.
❗ Exceptions
We may offer a replacement or credit only in the following rare situations:
- You were charged twice for the same item.
- The file is corrupt or missing essential elements and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
- The item is clearly not as described on the product page.
In these cases, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase with:
- Order ID
- Screenshot of the issue
- Description of the problem
⛔ Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if:
- You simply changed your mind.
- You don’t have the required software or tools (e.g. Canva, Lightroom, etc.).
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake.
- You claim non-receipt of the item when download delivery was confirmed.
- You didn’t read the product description or compatibility before purchasing.
